What this policy covers

This policy covers the public website janqua.ai: the pages you are reading and the forms on them. The janqua app itself, where learners record their voice, runs at console.janqua.ai; how it handles recordings is described on Security & data.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Waitlist: your email address, to tell you when individual access opens.
• Foundation Partner application: your name, work email, organisation and role, and the details you give about your team and goals, to assess whether a pilot is a fit and to contact you about it.
• Contact form: your name, email, optional organisation and your message, to reply to you.

With each submission we also record the time, the page you sent it from, and your country as reported by our hosting provider. We do not collect anything else about you through these forms.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't use them for advertising.
• This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking pixels.
• We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Where it is stored, and who else is involved

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions. Cloudflare operates globally, so your details may be held outside your country.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits in aggregate. It uses no cookies and does not track you across sites.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface, so your browser requests it from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Only the janqua team can read form submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on what you asked about, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and choose "My personal data". We'll act on your request and confirm when it's done.

Changes

If we change how this site handles personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
